In The Salt Cave itself, preparatory and accompanied sessions for births, given by Najat Ould Hadj, a licensed mid-wife in public health, and breastfeeding adviser ( with 8 years of experience regarding parturients and breastfeeding moms). This preparatory session consists of ; 

·        Learning new relaxation and breathing exercises

·        Being able to do postural exercises

·        Know more about the whole 'pushing' process

·        Give the man a central place in the birth process and reinforce his feeling of belonging in his futur role as a dad.
